The Battlefield 3 Plan

I may not be command material yet, I'm not even a private rank, but I was just thinking this would help us out in the Xbox 360 Battlefield 3 front. And it outlines a bit of my plan (we don't even have to use it, it's just an idea I'm throwing out there)

Phase 1: We should determine who still plays Battlefield 3 in the clan, and of those who is still actively "CAG".

Phase 2: Learn and understand each players play style, kit preference and abilities.

Phase 3: Sort each player into one of three squads: Alpha (Command), Echo (Fireteam 1) and Golf (Fireteam 2)

Phase 4: After sorting the squads into three groups, communication should be one of the first things to work on. Then moving as a squad (Column, Hockey or Maneuver teams). And finally maneuvering as a team.

Phase 5: We need lots of practice between Phase 4 and this one; Phase 5 means we go in and win game after random game.

Phase 6: I think we're done, find some good clans then and beat them up as well. lol

I need Death to assign you your Rank Killer. It is up to him what rank you guys get on BF3.

As for this BF3 Plan, I want to let you guys set this up if you guys don't mind. I am in when ever you guys want to play in the AMs but only after 8:30 am pacific time.
