As everyone knows by know, not everyone agrees with the way CAG is structured. Many Members of CAG have quit on the Clan because they can not display any discipline and stay active on our forums and website. Many also have quit on the Clan because they join the Clan and then realize that it is not easy to follow the Clan's structure.
CAG offers many opportunities for all its Members ranging from Staff positions to Leadership roles in the Clan. All Members are required to read the Unit breakdown and description article. I will be revising the Unit breakdown and Rank and Unit Structure from time to time. So check often for any revisions made to them.

Correct. I need all Unit Leaders to get their Members motivated to come to the website. More interaction is needed by all Members. With that being said, I have some issues that I want everyone to be perfectly clear about. This is why you are the MAN behind the Curtain(ala;Wizard of CAG). Porkchop quit because he said,"he doesn't get enough action". How can a recruit who isn't better than my 11 yr. old Sgt. Cruz going to ask to war. People have to practice often and learn my strategic calls on the field in order to be more active and participate in matches. Not only that, also show up on the forums at least every other day.
CAG is a Clan. We have joined CAG to play together as a Clan and not apart from each other. I don't care who it is, if you are invited to a game by another Clan Member and you are in the middle of a game, "do not" make your Clan wait for you so you can finish that game. You owe it to the Clan to accept that invite no matter what.
Last night WARPATH and I were playing along with a "merc"; a player who jumps around from faction to faction according to his liking for the night, and I invited whiterain21 to the game 4 times. One time he responded and said he was in the middle of a game and he was going to finish it. I have said it before and I will say it again here, CAG is a Clan and works as a "Team". We do not worry about individual stats or put individual stats before the Clan.
Unit Leaders, make this perfectly clear to your Members and let them know that this will not be acceptable to CAG. If you get invited, accept the invite "ASAP".
Second issue to clear up. Everyone needs to send friend request to all Members of the Clan. I have sent numerous friend requests to the guys in 21-FTB, and only a hand full of them have accepted them. I am going to start issuing demerit points for not having your Clan Members on your friends list. We need to play together!
Again, demerit points can get you suspended and even removed from the Clan. They can also prevent you from ever getting promoted too. The Clan comes first and individual stats come 2nd in this Clan. Just like in real life, "SEMPER FI", if you don't know what that means, you do not belong in CAG!
Almost 15 hours and no one responded to this post?
Cheech, I was thinking, maybe we should have a text document handy that has everyone's GT or PSN listed so it makes it easier for people to add all the clan members to their friend list. I know there's a roster manager, but I think it would be easier just to have a text document for quick and easy adds. I'd be willing to put one together for the 1st platoon if that's cool.
I've already put one together for the 1st platoon of all the GT's that I have. I just need Cheech to confirm that I have everyone listed.

Changes to the Unit structure have been made. The changes include the following:
1. Reclassification of Maneuver and Fireteams
2. Personnel needed for each Unit
Depending on the amount of feedback this gets, I will soon be getting together with as many of you as possible to start filling out every position available in CAG. The following are the positions available:
1. Maneuver and Fireteam Leaders
2. Squad Leaders
3. Platoon Sergeant
4. Platoon Commander
5. Company XO
6. Company Commander
7. Battalion Commander
8. Regiment Commander
9. Brigade Commander
10. Division Commander
11. Corps Commander
To get a description of the responsibilities for each of the positions available, please read the Chain of Command thread.
We need to get more members involved and this should motivate everyone to be more than just a member in CAG.

I am glad you are intersted Wh1te. Since Rock7, Droppin and You are already on BC2, You should start recruiting. Start building up that Unit. If you want to be a Commander on BC2, you have to show you are willing to work for it. Remember, Droppin, GRIZZLY and Myself are the Leaders but that does not mean you can not have your own Unit and running it the way you want.Sounds good dude. I am interested in being any sort of Commander for BC2, preferably one that deals with matters pertaining to squadplay and not practices.
I have agreed to allow 3 different types of Units in CAG now. The tactical "campers", assault "run n gunners" and the close quarter "SMG" users.
This should accommodate everyone's playing styles and maybe draw in more members. Let me know what you think as soon as possible.
