    Game Night

Alright, so I'm ready to collect the votes for the Primary/Secondary Battlefield Game Night polls. I just wanted to gather a little feedback first.

But before that... Only 9 people voted on the primary poll, and 7 on the secondary one. The vote count is low but it's understandable considering the amount of "members" reporting for duty. Considering the nice set of instructions and an easy to click link pointing to the secondary poll, I would have assumed that both polls would have an equal amount of votes, and that's just not the case. So it's official, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink".

As for the feedback, I was thinking that an average between the 2 polls might give results that are more likely to please the entire list of members reporting for duty rather than just the 3 guys that outvoted all the other days by just 1 vote. Taking the average would fix that problem by giving us the most popular days overall to work with.

Example: There's one day that has the most votes on the primary poll, but has none on the secondary poll. There's another day that has high votes on both the primary and secondary poll but it doesn't have the highest vote on either poll. However, in general it's the most popular day.

    What do you guys think?

    Re: Game Night

Venom being that you are the Squad Leader that is putting these game nights together, you have all the right to choose what days are which.

Remember, if you guys give these guys too much leeway they will never take things serious, believe me I know from experience.

But don't let this discourage you, we have a lot of recruits and even more people who are interested in joining the clan but for some reason they are shy or just lost as to what to do.

In a couple of weeks we will evaluate our recruiting campaign for both bf3 and mw3 to see if we need to make changes in any area.

Make sure you keep notes of everything that is going on. Remember our Officer's forum is only open to Officers so you can start your own "personal notes" thread and keep all your notes there.
