Website Traffic Update, Looking Good!

I keep track of our sites traffic and let me show you what we have here.

The image here shows were we are at already with visits. Only 12 days into the month and we are already well over half the way in monthly visits from last month at this point.

Well you guys we have actually had a lot of traffic coming into our site as of late even though we have not had many people post or start new threads; nevertheless our site is actually pretty damn busy. Check out the following stats:

• Today : 0 New Members registered
• This Week : 34 Registered with CAGCLAN.com
• This Month : 161 Registered with CAGCLAN.com
• Please note, not all registered Members are CAG Doggs

We had 34 new registered members this past week alone and 161 for the month. On top of that we have 1537 registered members. Our forums could be one of the best forums out there if we all started threads about anything that pops in our heads.

I am asking everyone to start posting more on our forums. If you guys see an article on facebook share it here, copy and paste the whole article and we can discuss it here.

Also remember that we are on twitter and facebook. If you have not already done so please make sure you guys join our facebook and twitter pages.

Oh one thing I left out that I have been working on for the last couple of days.

Starting today, any article you guys read on our front page, you will be able to automatically create a post on the forums to initiate a discussion on that article by clicking on one of the two links located at the end of each article you read.

This feature is possibly using a discuss bot that automatically creates a new thread on the forums, you can see below what the feature looks like:

The link "Post a comment [1 reply] allows you to post a comment to the current discussion in the forums already taking place. The number in the brackets shows you how many replies are in that discussion.

The 2nd link [Create New Discussion] allows you to create your own discussion/thread on about the article you just read.

I was talking to Cheech a couple nights ago about the site's traffic and in the last 2 months we have seen the most new registered members of any other 2 months in the past.

Already this month there are 51 new registered members but there is really not much "activity" going on the forums. Everyone should feel comfortable starting up any kind of topic or discussion on the forums, doesn't matter what the topic is create a thread and see who responds to it.

Talk about movies, songs, food, girls anything that comes to mind.

I hope you guys realize that the more traffic and more activity this website gets the higher chances of Cheech getting you guys sponsors. Sponsors means you guys get prizes like microsoft points, controllers, video games, game consoles maybe even TV sets. But it all depends on you guys.

If you guys want to see this website give out prizes start getting more active on the forums, post every day, invite friends over by referring them here. It only takes you guys 5 minutes to create a thread, actually not even that long.

So lets go, start creating threads, topics, discussion, get these forums rocking!

That is one heck of a post Jadz lol....

But Jadz is right you guys, if you guys want prizes given away you guys have to start being more active here on the forums. I have given out tons of prizes in the past, from microsoft points and 1 year xbl subscriptions to video games and even Dog Tags.

Unfortunately after people get their "prizes" they like to disappear and never come back again. So I will no longer be paying for prizes out of my own pocket. I had other great ideas such as the player contracts but we had way too many immature assholes signing up just to talk shit on the forums and that was unacceptable.

I am still willing to bring back the player contracts but only if I start seeing you guys be more active here on the forums.

Lets see how many of you read this and step it up.
