Alright... I know y'all are really into your Tomahawks squad, but so soon as you guys feel comfortable that you'll do fine, we need to start concentrating on other things with our good players! We need to get the good players out there, not playing in full parties, and start recruiting people ON Black ops! When they see how good you are, and if you talk to others on the opposite team, or your team, they're going to be curious about joining! You need to just casually bring up about the clan and such. It's an awesome way to start getting people to come around, join us, and want to be apart of us. This means things need to be taken a bit more lightly in games too. I know y'all are extremely serious, not have much fun but just get it done, but we need to show others we're more than just about winning, that we're about having fun too. Or at least that's how it was when I joined.
We need to be working as a whole clan here at doing this. Not just a couple of people, or only the higher ranks jumping into this. This is a job for EVERYONE. I want to see people in games communicating, or TRYING to talk with other people outside of the clan. By not doing so, we're slowly alienating ourselves from others, and making it look like we're a closed clan. This also means, your going to have to start picking people up who aren't in our clan. I'll gladly not play with the whole clan and just play with a couple people if that means I'm going to bring more people in.
