I guess the only thing i could suggest would be getting rid of some the older posts from like 2010 or 11 because i feel like more people are not going to want to read something that far dated back. so keep all the new threads or posts from this year or some from last just keep people reading fresh content

I would if I needed the space but I have so much disk space for our database and the more threads and posts people see the more they know we are an active clan instead of seeing only new threads.

how about you make a little shout box. were you need so many posts in order for you to post there and its a little shout box that just people can have quick conversations when need be?
We already have two shoutboxes, one on the front page one here on the forums located at the bottom of the page.
the only bad part about a shoutbox is it takes away from conversations happening on the forums
thats true but they will more than likely atleast look through the posts and hopefully come accross something that interests them and then they reply
