Thanks everyone. My father and I had a falling out a number of years ago like 10 years. We really dont speak much. To be honest I dont really want to go but I fear that if I dont I will regret it. CAG has become a home for me, the place I unwind and can get away from all the crap that goes on during the day. Thank you for being the place that lets me do this.

You don't want the last moments you spend with your dad being something negative, with what time he's got left try and make the best of it. Differences and all aside, he's your father. I can't say I know what's going on or anything but I'm sure you don't wish this upon him and want him to go in peace. CAG isn't going anywhere so do what you gotta do. Best of luck and my condolences.

You should enjoy the little detours to the fullest. Because that's where you'll find the things more important than what you want.

I want to thank everyone for understanding my situation this weekend and my not being able to contribute in clan wars. I will be returning home Monday so I will be back online every night. I wish I could say this wont change again but the truth of the matter is that at some point I will need to return to Chicago once my father passes. I would like to say good work to the Alpha company. You guys did very well in the clan war. I tried to stay on top of it as best I could and give input and advise on what to go after. You guys did a great job. Monday we are back to working with recruits. Hux and Ginger should be getting close to their full membership soon as well. Hux and ginger thank you for playing with Alpha during the war even though you wins couldn't be counted. You will be on the roster for the next war. Thank you everyone for you well wishes. Lets get some good times going Monday night.

Leaving very early Wednesday morning (1/21) to California for a "work" related trip (NAMM). I will be gone almost a week. I will not make the Sunday (1/25) night competitive practice, but should be able to make the Monday night scrim (1/26, I come back Monday afternoon).

As of next weekend I will be back at school...which means I will try to play when I can or on weekends if I am not traveling for track meets. Even though my semester got easier, I need a better gpa...(someone didn't know that a 3.2 won't satisfy a scholarship....)
