What you shouldnt do is say Fuck or God damnit with nothing following those words

and another thing if your too shy to come and play with us you dont need to have a Convo during the match all people need to do is Call out the other team postion and call out where you got killed from im not trying to point anyone out but a site with over 400 memebers and i only play with 8 or so all the time will i see that is a problem My friends list should be full we need more Active Players here not people that just join and look at the forum once every three months i would love to see and least 15 more people Add me to there friend list and we Get some CAG Doggs Cranked out

Practice what you preach Knox. I see you as one of the biggest culprits when it comes to this. As a matter of fact, I just finished watching some of the games we played and I don't understand why it is that you insist on peaking around corners when we are set up and defending.

We have to stick to the gameplan and when you see someone already covering or holding down an area don't insist on crossing their line of fire. I have been killed too many times because you insist on going down or you cross my line of fire. You need to stick to your designated area.

Your job is to make sure others are doing what they are supposed to be doing and not worry about getting the most kills in a game. I have said it before and I will say it again, we are not competing against each other to see who gets the most kills or who is the leader after a game.

If you are going for your badges, who ever it is, you will be front line or where ever it is that the most action is likely to happen. This Badge system is meant to promote teamwork and I don't see that from a lot of people right now.

So this is not just to you Knox but everyone, if you guys can't work as a team don't bother asking for a spot when we play as one. After this month, I will be cleaning the roster out. If it means only have 10-15 members so be it. I want only members who want to be part of a team and act like a Clan as well.

I almost always do callouts... and sometimes I get really mad at you guys when you don't lol ... and then i yell at you to call out during a game and be more specific then "he killed me on the right" coz i dunno where right is for you... Best to just call out the guy BEFORE you die and I know you hear me doing that where I'm like "there's a guy at 2! Neverrrr minddddd" That way it's not delayed and everyone knows where you're at or about to be killed... and I know sometimes I don't do call outs ESPECIALLY when no one else is, or when I'm surrounded by our team and they saw me die and get the guy. If you see them call them out... not only when you die -.- don't be greedy.... i need my expert lmao

everyone does it but knox i am calling you out you throw a baby fit and turned off your mic that is just childish we are all adults don't just yell at people and then turn off your mic you want be in a leadership role but you act like a child all the time you talk thrash to the other team and bad mouth people on their own websites thats just wrong everybody gets mad but adults know how to deal with it so don't post complaining about what other people do when you are the worst at it and you are quick to point the finger at other people

This what we need to do to improve as a clan. Just let someone know what they need to improve upon and they will probably start doing it. whether its call outs, or staying in position, or even weapon suggestions. It will make them better and make the clan as a whole better. We need to share our ideas and strategies with our teammates so we can achieve our goal.

He ain't the only one that needs to work on not calling out or watching what he walks in front of :/. I try to call out sometimes but I normally say it to low and my mic don't pick it up. I will practice on that asa my brother gets my damn disc tray working again :/, sorry for not playing in awhile, never try to find a broken xbox if you have the money, or it will break again. Woot...no really :/.

Agree with you 100% Dale, constructive criticism is very valuable when used and taken correctly. Ninja asking for help is an intangible that I think only comes naturally in people who are Leaders. Letting go of your ego and being humble is so much stronger than letting your ego dictate what you do. In this game, egos are bad for the Team Concept we are trying to emphasize here and we need to all learn how to set it aside. Ninja has been asking for help since he first joined this Clan and so far so good, he has taken all the advice we have given him and put it to good use.

We need to seriously stay focused during games. If we remain at our assigned areas and stay disciplined, we are unbeatable. We should not be turning corners giving anyone kills in the first 2 mins. The first 2 minutes of any game will help us dictate the game to how we play it. If we get that 10-15 point lead, we can then set free our 2 top run-n-gun players or go on full attack mode from the whole team.

In the end, discipline is what will help us all. We have to be so disciplined that you have no doubts and fully trust everyone around you that they will do their job. I have faith in everyone so much in fact, that I will rarely turn around when someone goes down because I trust someone else will handle that scenario.

Well enough of this rant.
