    Home Sick With Cough And Sinus BS !


    Fuck ! every year around this time I get sick as fuck with sinus bullshit and cough. It gets so bad that it fucking incapacitates me completely for about 3 days .. today is the 6th day , I went to the drs on Thursday and they game me some fucking meds and steroids.

    Anyone else gets beat up like this when they get sick?

    I have sinus issues at every fucking season change. Have it right now (just starting). My old lady has been sick for 2 weeks.

    I just take Aleve cold and sinus during the day and half a bottle of nightquil before bed

    None of that shit works for me ... I need to go on some inter-stellar fucking steroids that just barely do anything to help ... I never used to get sick, now the last 5 years or so I get sick yearly at least once and it gets this bad ..

    I actually made some spicy chicken soup and ate that for 2 days ... it had of course chicken, celery, carrots, chili peppers, rice, potatoes, cilantro, garlic, onion ...

    That stuff dude just kicked the shit out of my sinus infection in a day ... anything that is spicy coming from chili peppers will do a number on sinus infections .. but I am going to check that recipe out regardless lol ... thank you
