Tried telling y’all they were on sale. My wallet didn’t like it much either but the rest of me does. Even my wife agreed it was worth it, and if I can sell her on a $500 Xbox I should try selling ice in Alaska.

I have a beer habit that my wife and wallet don’t like so this one may be a tough sell. Unless I buy it while drinking.

Keg cooler first, or a sams club membership. Then you can show her how much you are saving and that this is justified now. Besides with the shorter loading times you will have less time to drink beer maybe reducing the amount you need to purchase in a given time frame. Or just sneak a big bottle in the cart when she is not looking.(works for the kids and I)

Haha I would wait until like Black Friday/Xmas until they are on sale but definitely worth it Toxic.

And as far as the overclocking, I personally wouldn't mess with it cause once it burns up Microsoft probably won't honor the warranty. Besides that, I think they plan on releasing like processors and graphics cards down the line so you can upgrade without having to buy a whole new console every 2 years

I don’t think Microsoft knows how to honor any warranty, ever.. But the ability to plug and play would be awesome. I hope they do that in the future, I would definitely be on board with that.

That would be awesome if you could find anything on that. If I get time I will look it up but I am so short staffed it is unreal and have been working about 70-80 hours a week. I love the money but I am starting to wonder what my wife and kids look like though.

If had the x from release day and the reason I paid the money or should I say the wife paid the money was because I wanted that top end processor.
Mines been in a box packed away for 7 months ready for moving house.
If been playing on my daughter's 1(yeah she's 6 and has a X also lol) here and the but it's been sporadic to find the time with all my appointments etc.

I understand the whole time thing and I also understand the kids having Xbox 1’s I work three jobs, go to school full time and have 6 kids. I am not really sure what sleep is. Have not had more than 4-5 hours of it in years.
