What's the Point of Prestige Past the First One?

Reasons to prestige..?
To brag to that one kid who thinks his e-peen is bigger than yours?

On a more serious note, there is no real point apart from the goal to get to max level.

Fuck that ... I prestiged in MW2 I think and I never did it again ... I was drunk and was dared ... so like an idiot I did it and never played the fucking game again ...

So I think BO3 was the first game that I ever prestiged more than once (prestiged all the way to prestige master). The only thing really good about it is bragging rights. Every time you do it you have to wait to level a certain amount before you can continue with a gone. I guess its better to just get max lvl, 55, in most COD, dont prestige and just get all the achievements for all the games. But thats just me

I will only do it once from now on I know that. You do unlock a lot of things once you prestige but to do it more than once seems redundant to me. I had a friend once that would always go for the max prestige and would brag about it. To me it was just like damn dude you have way too much free time on your hands.
