    Yeah I see that,just tried entering your tag and it threw up the same for me,however I entered my gt and it worked fine which suggests it maybe something surrounding your gamertag or how it's written

    You're looking to find DVR clips on your xbox? You could use the upload to one drive feature.

    You could use http://xboxdvr.com/ , though i don't know how long you have to wait before they appear, but i know you can download clips from it. Plus it's simple to use.
