If it's pc, it could be aimbot. If it's console it's a nodded controller. It's actually quite hard to get past pc's anti cheat built in software in games.

If it's his aim, it's possibly an aimlock macro.
He's probably using an XIM4 to bridge it. (In a nutshell, it basically allows him to use keyboard an mouse on Xbox/PS and to change some aspects on them)
So it'd look like = PC - XIM4 - Console.
