The new DLC in WoT isnt downloading for me and there is a Red X at the bottom between the Router Symbol and the Xbox Symbol. Whats wrong and who can I call for support?

Have you tried to reboot your hubby or your router?

It's to do with your router Covie,if you port forward your router it should fix the issue.
Seems a lot of tank players are experiencing the same red x and it's a common thing around WoT forums.

You need to do it though your router home settings.
If you go to the network setting on your Xbox you should be able to get your routers IP address.
Type the IP address into a google search and it should take you directly to your routers account home page.
Port forwarding should be located within settings along the lines of advance settings or something similar on your network.
Port forwarding is something that essentially your service provider should be able to work out for you as a customer.Probably the best option to be honest, as me giving you instructions to do it could differ due to the fact that I have a different router.

I got it. Thanks JB. I called my Provider and explained my problem and im on xbox now and Tanks is still messed up but my ports are all open for the xbox and chat is good and connectivity
