    Just saw this video talking about some changes DICE are testing. Changing all gadgets to resupply on a timer.

    Had this been in the game from the start, this would have made the game a WWI verrion of their 1943, which came out in 2009.

    For those who haven't played that, it was battlefield lite, was fun but not a full BF game.

    But in truth, I am excited that DICE are trying new things. And with how I heard BF4 started bf1 is by far better.

    In a year the game should feel like a more final version.

    TLDR; BF5 will be fucking badass, because DICE are taking risks.

    I could give you a 5 paragraph rant... but I am going to keep it simple and say this auto regenerating mechanic is obsurd. It hurts a core mechanic in battlefield, will create more spam: mortars, flare gun (which is amazing), grenades. I am kinda left scratching my head at this point.

    It hurts the support class, making me a little less of a useful solider on the field. But there is still team work happening.

    It speeds the game up, maybe to much for my taste but we will see.

    The team work I in bf1 is... "why did you hold down A I was going to revive you" "Why did you hop out of the tank? I can repair it from in here" ( the designated repair man seems to be no more) " Throw down an ammo crate.. oh wait I just randomly acquired a grenade..." " add a spotting flare that tells enemies exact location in a 15 meter radius. Who needs a call out? "
    "Lets add overpowered handicaps (train,behometh, boat) that keep players extremely safe and net easy kills." These vehicles are never controlled by whole squads and people that are in them are just seeking easy kills. These losing aid streaks just annoy the crap out of me.


    Teamwork is still in the game. However I find it stretched thin by the mechanics being put in place. Ammo 2.0 is not what I want to see.

    Should be noted that initial gaming statistics show there has been a decrease in nade spam since the DLC, however it's still higher than BF4 and BF3. I think it's more to do with nade effectiveness than respawn time. It feels like everytime I throw a grenade I pick up a kill. Where as in BF4 it was mostly just to flush enemies out, or smoke an objective.
