Remember everyone ... in order to recruit successfully we need to stay out of party chat ... everyone has to try their hardest to get things working so that we can all play in game chat ... the best recruiting tool is interaction with the potential recruits ...

Here is what game lobby and game interaction with potential recruits does for recruiting ....

• First and foremost it shows other players that CAG is a real clan in which all clan members communicate during games
• Helps potential recruits communicate more if they see "US" communicating
• Lets potential recruits feel comfortable and helps build gaming relationships with them
• Lets "US" invite potential recruits to play with us if we have an open spot

Game chat allows us to do many other things you guys ... we can on the fly "screen" and evaluate potential recruits and get a per-determination to help us find the right fit for both the potential recruits and "US" ...

Everyone should be recruiting if they play ...
