Your problem is and will always be the diversity of time zones buddy.Unless you have yourself a huge group to cover players dropping out that's the only way you find d it any easier.

That's what I'm doing right now. Easiest way I've found is post a message on find a group. Make the tag #Recruiting little info on it and your good.
