Common or Rare supply drop? At first, I was saving for Rare Supply drops but wasn't getting anything good. So then, I started getting Common supply drops and got an epic item. Now, it's been crap. Anyone else have this issue?

I get the rare supply drops but I rarely get anything out of it. I'm thinking of trying out the common supply drops
So I've tried the commons and was getting duplicates...went back to saving for rares.
