A marksman is 15 or more kills and 10 or less deaths. If you go over 10 deaths it disqualify your marksman game.That's why only 2 of your games are vaild

That makes no sense, it should be based on a ratio.

i am going to find another group to game with, there is no activity and I do not enjoy hardcore.

Marksman makes perfect sense,it is not about 1 individual and his or her skill level but essentially more about how this one person works and co exists in a game lobby with other clan members.
Call it an evaluation as such to see how well one works as a team like many people state in their application that they are.Sometimes people see the bigger picture with what marksman within CAG is looking for and others don't.Its those that see this that CAG becomes a home too within the gaming world.In all my time here we have never been about 1 single players skill and I don't think that's changing anytime soon.
