Does gaming not stop you? Or is it in the breaks between games you do it? You just need to find something to do with your hands.
Personally, I like to have a power wank inbetween games, but we're all different!

I smoke, so I'll make one roll up last 3 breaks but Yeh I have to constantly be doing things between the breaks too.
Don't take up smoking tho. Maybe get a sudoku app on your phone and just do a little bit of it on the little breaks. I'm sure there's plenty other options we can come up with for you
