I have the 420x. They have great sound. Multiple modes for different bass levels and such. Pretty good battery life and I use them as regular headphones as well. Worth the pick up in my opinion

Heck yes that makes me feel better. I have the Xbox one army headset but it broke on both sides so I have them taped together lol.

Personally I am a turtle beach guy. That said I've owned the Astros A50's and sold them immediately. IT all comes down to what you're looking for in a headset. I want to hear the little sounds like foot steps. The A50's have the best sound quality but I can hear foot steps and lighter noises with turtle beaches. Hope this helps a little
