As I am scrolling through the forums, I notice that I am on the list of Most Reputation Received! While I was looking at the list I noticed that I am the most junior person on that list.

I challenge CAG Officers, NCOs and enlisted to knock me off that list with 1 year or less in CAG. I will give reputation according to the post and/or thread.

Threads must have something to offer and will receive more reputation from me then a post.

Posts will only receive reputation if they are valuable to the topic of the thread.

I hope this will encourage more CAG members to think outside the box and be active on the forums.

This is a good idea but maybe we could think about doing something for the newer folks or those that have lower rep pts. Take someone who's somewhat active who is new, what incentive do they have to stay active? It's kind of like a marriage. We have them in the door now we need to do something to keep them here. Spice up this marriage! Only my 2 cents.

I would hope that new members had the incentive to post on the forums for two main reasons. One being to contribute to the community so it grows. The other incentive to would be to rank up by showing activity on the forums. Of course, those reasons are just my opinion.

That is up to whatever you guys want to do. But you can "Give Rep Points" I think up to 1000 at a time or more. I do not remember the exact number. But that gives everyone a fighting chance if multiple people think it is a good post or thread.
