Seems like battlelog do not allow recruitment before the game release date as both Whiskey and Tango thread got closed with the given direction of not recruiting until the game itself is released.
Iv edited out the link in the above post as the threads pretty useless currently.When the game drops I will be rectifying the situation on battlelog.
