COD Recruitment

The Call of Duty threads on the COD forums need to be bumped daily. Went in today and saw that we haven't been on their for awhile.
This is very serious for the clan as we continue to grow. I cannot stress how much recruitment and community involvement is important.

The only way we grow is to reach out to new prospects. Lets get on this and keep bringing in more quality members
I was told that this was going to be taken care of and its not.

As mentioned in a previous post, a recruitment temple would do wonders for maintaining recruitment threads on sites. That way everything potential recruits see is uniform and we can easily help someone should any problems arise. Also much easier to put stuff up in a quick amount of time. I may look into creating a posting schedule for Bravo Co. to ensure that everyone is pulling their weight and there are no excuses for a thread not being maintained daily. What I mean is making someone responsible for CoD forums for a week at a time, then rotating to another person. Something like that would hold people even more accountable for bumping those threads.

You could also find easy and worthwhile sponsor's, cause it seems like a scrubby clan already has a couple. With nothing crazy special, but the idea is there.

So are we gonna make one post, and bump with the allowed bumps? We waiting for Randukens, masterpiece?

I would think one solid post following a template would be great. We could then bump it like you mentioned. Hopefully with alternating responses so it's not ultra repetitive. Maybe create two or three different message layouts to be used as bumpage replies.

It's like reading the Sunday comics...Either serious clans, or hipster clans. Some people probably even unsure clans...one though, is through Instagram. Really? Everyone gonna post pics at each other, hash tags they won a game? But really? So many of them remind me of the scrubs you see in mmos. They'll toss out some simple bait for newbies or scrubs. Raise them up a bit, ask them for small favors for the clan. Cause its for the good of the clan...then profit. Some of these clans are using newbs and scrubs to feed themselves, it's kind of fucked.
