Going to try and take a break from Xbox for awhile. My body is screaming at me lately. Neck, back, knees, hands. Along with my fucking migraines. I just need a break to refocus and maybe start on my bike again. It's not like I'm that out of shape but 36 is closing in and I need to fix this and well I sit all day then come home and sit in front of the TV, like I said, I just need to refocus my shit. Get on the bike and hit the gym everyday, so I won't be on as much. I've been struggling with depression for 12 years and it's peaking lately but working out helps so that's what I'll do.
