    To be totally honest this is something that in my opinion a squad leader should be more than capable to cover and supervise within their rank.

    In terms of awards you can request yourself Khaylius these would include military service awards,prestige awards,timed served within CAG(1 month,2month etc etc),reinforcement (this one I know your entitled to)awards
    If you visit the awards and medals page you will find these if you scroll through.It gives a description of all awards on the right hand side of the emblem.
