Where is Everyone?

If I want to play some futuristic shit I would go play Halo or some shit like that ... Military shooters like COD need to stick to their fucking roots ... I would understand if each series was different but lets keep going with Modern Warfare as boots on the ground .. Black Ops as boots on the ground, Advanced Warfare with futuristic shit ...Ghosts another boots on the ground and maybe some little gizmos here and there ...

Those were the good ol days. I miss those games and the style had definitely died out. Everyone just wants the in your face and fast paced gameplay. No one has any patience anymore. Socom and ghost recon knew what they were doing. I'm just thoroughly pissed that they have completely given up on the teamwork and strategic play style. These games were where the true definition of "locking it down" came from. Hopefully someday someone will have the balls to tackle it again

Exactly Gemini ... I mean those games were just insanely fun .... even the multiplayer vs multiplayer was more fun than any of the games now ...

The maps and weapons were just fun ... maps were big and you had so many options to choose from in terms of how to play each one and where to bunker down and shit ... of course many were creatures of habit and chose the most common areas but "WE" CAG chose the most unorthodox style and areas to go to and hold down ...GREAT FUCKING TIMES !!!

Aw man...thr GR games were awesome. Still are. Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2 were lots of fun. Used to spend a considerable amount of time on THunt...those wide open maps with methodical strategic play...truly epic times.

I even liked playing the Operation Flashpoint games for that.
