a Quick Address of the Clan

So I have just learned that my "service and humility" is being questioned and that I am not doing the work everyone else is doing for this clan.

According to Frank Castle "I DO NOT" care about the Division and bringing in members for the game ... Well let's see now ...

"I" personally took care, recruited, processed, promoted and maintained this website for over 5 years ... It is not my responsibility to bring in members for any game when I have officers and unit leaders that have asked if they can help build a new Company and are tasked to do just that ...

I didn't build Alpha Company over night .. it took me over a year to get Alpha Company up and running by "MY SELF" !!!!

With that said it also took JB, Blame, Pizzpawz, Brotal, Randy and others over in Whiskey Company over a year to build up the Battlefield group ...

So Frank here it goes and yes everything gets back to me ... For you to question my "service and humility" and say that I don't take "CRITICISM" well, you are GOD DAMN RIGHT I don't ... especially when you have no clue as to what it takes to run a clan .. maintain a website and what else goes on behind the doors of any clan ....

I took many steps back and allowed many former officers to run this clan in the last 2 years and most of those officers are no longer a part of CAG for many reasons but the biggest one was laziness and failure to take ownership and accountability for their actions ....

The group of officers you all see right now have worked their asses off just like I did in the past ...

So with all that said I reassure you all that there is nothing I care more about besides my family than this clan ... I have had many sleepless nights.... days weeks and months working and sacrificing for this clan and I will continue to do so regardless of what anyone thinks .....

I will prove so in the next few days as "I" personally handle clan matters from recruiting to awards and medals for all of you to keep enjoying ...

Anyone who doesn't like what they see here are free to leave ... I don't care for negativity and pessimism .. lack of faith and trust in leadership ... I always know what is going on and if I don't I make sure to right away and within minutes I know exactly what is going on ...

-Random stoner rage rant deleted for safety- How the fuck... Do you throw a petty problem like that at the Leader...When the dude clearly acknowledges every little thing we do, everywhere. I've never gotten to strut my stuff for Cheech. Ive never gotten the chance to say, "YO!" As I enter a party...But I don't bitch and moan about him not holding my hand...If anything, it should be obvious that everyone would want to make his job easier. By aiming for leadership, and rankings and such. He(Frank) even asked questions for days about this early on...Alright...I don't want to rant. Just randomly kind of angry at stupid people...Sorry. People want everything to be handed right to them i guess...if i worked my ass off for 10 years together with Toxic....im sure 10 people can do the job just as good if they put effort into it....

Damn,my thoughts exactly.

What amuses and bewilders me is that these people come in with drive and fall at the first hurdle they come up against.Im not bitching about anyone here but a lot of the times we see issues like this is down to someone not being damn patient enough.These types of people receive all the guidance they need,they receive a shit ton of help with things and still people like this fault higher leadership because they for one cannot carry out or overcome a simple task required within Company level.


We have officers and even Generals here that get their fucking hands dirty to help things within each Company and these types of people cant do this??? Why???? Il tell you all why,they get things too easy getting shit done for them.


I will always have the mentality to help regardless of my rank within the clan and regardless of what Company.Im just CAG at heart and thats me,nothing will change this.

I really think its time to get back to our strict requirements in order to become a CAG Dogg....

I honestly don't believe in the 2 weeks probation and would like the 4 weeks instead....

A lot of people after the 2 weeks stop being active anyways....those who stick around for a month appreciate the wait more and at least 85% of them genuinely want to be a part of CAG...

I don't think anyone can question your commitment Cheech. There's a lot of stuff in the background that people don't see.

Hell, even since I joined, a lot of people have become inactive yet expect to rank up and have everything given to them.

Castle complained ALL the damn time. I'm sure he was a nice guy but he just bitched about everything. We def don't need that here. And Cheech, in my opinion you don't have to prove anything man, perks of being the boss. We've all heard/read how CAG started and the progression of where it is now. You made CAG what it is man. So fuck anyone who doesn't like it.
