I know this is an old post & reading through the comments, I for one do not question Cheech's actions & he is always on the ball! Whether it comes to creating new awards - helping people with connection problems (myself) he helped me! I had a big problem with Castle but didn't voice it because of certain reasons.... But damn do not ever question cheech because he works damn hard for this clan! & Cheech I agree the probation period should be extended & I for one say do it!!

I tell ya what. If theirs one person who knows Cheech more than me that would be Toxic. I can ramble on the past but I've been given a lot of chances. Do we do a lot of work yes but remember folks, I personally know how hard it is to maintain not only membership but to build a game from the ground up. It's no easy task specially when you have to solve conflicts between people. It's no easy task to start a game let alone motivate the members to play when theirs only few people.
I recall in Black Ops 2 where one platoon was about 38 about maybe 120 members.I have countless stories of how things were back in the day. Yea they were good days & bad days but you gotta think.
When people complain I do what my father told me once "Stop complaining about it & do something about it" "If it's broken then brainstorm ways to fix" or one of the mottos at work "Dare yourself to be different & not a carbon copy".

Hey bud as a show of my personal commitment, i have no problem going with the 4 weeks. I know I just got my 2 weeks in and that would set me back but I would work that much harder to prove I am a DOGG. I have loved my time here so much and am grateful for everything you and the other do to keep this alive and well. Thanks to you cheech I no longer play blops by myself, because of you I have now gotten to know some really great people, because of you my game play has improved. It has all happened because you created CAG. Cheers for that. Even if you stepped back from all the work you do, you have earned that.
Peas for the four weeks, I agree with it. I always thought two weeks was too short. Getting tired of adding someone then deleting them two weeks later. You let that person play four weeks in the clan they get to know everyone. Less of a chance they leave.
Cheech, thanks for CAG. Everyone should be grateful, I know I am... The wife not so much. She says I play and talk too much about the clan.

Lol Gefs....thank you guys for the kind words but I couldn't of done this without TOXIC BOB.....he's the the only besides my Son that is still here from the original founding members....
