Last year my wife and I were leaving the VA (my last physical therapy and site injections; I was finally able to work out again) and on our way home a man driving 55mph slammed his hummer into the back of us while we were at a complete stop behind a bud light truck (No we didn't get any free beer out of it) because reaching down for French frys was more important than keeping his eyes on the road.
Afterwards my wife and I were completely bed ridden for months and I have just been able to start driving (not further than 10-15 minutes both ways) around March of this year). To make matters much worse my VA doctors just gave me pills and when I said it wasn't helping their answer was "well you're not on the full dosage so let's increase it" so I turned into a zombie.
In the last few months I've been sticking to outside care and have been slowly (I'm almost at a point where I've learned to deal with the pain and the months of VA medication is gone) recovering from it all.
In the future I will make a post as soon as I physically am able to detailing anything that will keep me from playing as a CAG member or fulfilling any duties bestowed on me. I'm only posting this because I believe I owe you all an explanation and am not looking for a pity party.
