This is to remind fireteam leaders and squad leaders that there will be a mandatory meeting tomorrow. You must attend this meeting or inform your CoC that you will be absent from it. Notes will be posted after it. You will also need to either respond to this message by giving a fuck yeah/writing a response that this has been understood. Failure to do this may result in an infraction point, demotion in rank, and or billet change.

Went over recruit list and went over who needs marksman badge

Looked at roster and discussed the need for more Fireteam leaders and the possibility of opening up a second platoon

Talked about getting members more engaged on the forums

Reach out to members who may want to rank up and assume a leadership role and how they can achieve that goal

Reiterated what is expected from Platoon Sergeants, Squad Leaders, Fireteam Leaders

Discussed Chain of Command and how to direct members to use it appropriately
