Rage, absolute fucking rage!
Running with Spider 241 & 2 RLF's on the underground, heroic 2 phase Ops & we get to the end of the mission "speak to the JTF Soldier" went to go & get some ammo as ran all my guns dry (No Lone Star) while getting in the lift to go get ammo my game decides it's going to crash! Causing me to lose some high end potential loot & Intel plus XP!

Have you tried applying 'head on' directly to the xbox?
