Just checking in to make sure you didn't think I went AWOL. On our trips first stop my god daughters grandfather died in the city we were at so we had to adjust fire but we got into DC today and will be here for atleast a week if nothing else crazy happens. In between helping our military family get their house together I should be able to get 2-3 new recruit initiation requirements ready for consideration done tomorrow.

A brief synopsis of what I've been trying to Toss around to make the new recruit requirements more relevant include:
1) two different reqs for PvE and PvE or a combination of both; Example: 4 crucible matches with positive K/D wins and must use atleast 2 of the subclasses in separate matches. As well as 2 heroic strikes (zero deaths/different weapons for both/different subclass for both, 250 light rank (probation member for those with low light) and 2 member recommendations after completing all the above requirements. (Could be more recommendations or must have atleast one recommendation from a CaG leader. Also those not getting the recommendations could be put on a probation period until they fix their deficiencies but only used for those that are deemed trainable)

2) Get completely away from the above and make it a 2 week (or more) probation period with required amount of time played per week. Can receive auto membership but must have 3 member votes and be over 300 light defense. Reduced set time period when they recruit other players to join CaG that meet the recruitment requirements.

Have ve a few more ideas but can't keep my eyes open anymore. Please let me know what everyone thinks and if any of this is headed into the right direction for a better recruitment experience both for the recruit and the members that will need to help with the process. What I'm trying to help us lean towards is a more wholistic evaluation compared to just grinding strikes or crucible matches which can get very annoying for everyone involved but more importantly the variation should give us a better picture of the recruits personality, preferred play style and if they become members... An idea of how we can mentor them to get better at the game or to quickly gather evidence to build a case for automatic memberships for those recruits that are greatly skilled players that fit what we are looking for
