Victor Company Meeting notes 6-27-16
These notes are a combined effort from two meetings. One held at 3PM EST for the Europe troops and one at 9PM EST for the US.
The following members were in attendance:

1. Reaffirming leadership roles and responsibilities
A. We regrouped and made sure all who were in leadership were still in Company V to do their jobs.
B. Jobs for all leaders was defined as mainly recruitment and leadership. Fire team leaders as well as Squad leaders should be holding at least one scheduled drill a week and post it on the forums. Forum posting was also encouraged for all leaders as it is a requirement for leadership.
2. Recruitment
A. The following methods were talked about for recruiting.
a. Forums posting and Face Book (Chet Norris does this daily)
b. Chatting with players in game
c. Asking friends in real life to join up.
d. Using fun multi-media for promo such as videos and pod casts/Twitch
B. Concerns for new folks signing up on forums
a. Simpler application process
b. Always be professional in game and on forums. No foul language.
3. Discussion on Command Structure for Company V.
A. Issues were discussed on why command has trouble with removing billets when
responsibilities were not being met.
B. The chain should work as follows for problems and concerns:

4. On forums Victor Company should be main category then sub categories under that like
Rainbow Six Recruits, Division Recruits, Division Awards, ect.
