Actiivity On the Forums Important

Hey Company V.

I just wanted to give a little nudge to those of you who would like to advance in CAG. Even if you play a lot on the Division, you still need to post on the regular forums often. This doesn't mean you have to spend countless hours on the forum but just putting one or two posts a day if possible shows the leadership you are interested. As this is already posted by Cheech posting on the Forums is not a requirement to be a member but it is if you want leadership in CAG. Posting shows two things:

1) You show an interest in the life of the clan and it's members.

2) It shows you should know about the goings on in the clan and keep updated on clan news.

3) It shows you are willing to commit some time to be a leader in CAG.

There are plenty of opportunities in Victor Company for leadership if you a willing to take time and post on the forums. I encourage each person to rank up in our Clan.

I don't understand why people get upset and then cry "back stabbed" when they don't get promoted or their billet is taken away from them ... We "I" make it very clear that forum activity is needed to continue ranking up in CAG so there should be no confusion or complaints by "ANYONE" !!!

As a guy who's held almost every rank in CAG I can personally tell you frank. It's more than just forum activity that drives people to lead or take initiative.

You can a lead a horse to the water but you can't make it drink.

Theirs a lot more believe me. Most of these guys that end up leading are just waiting in the wings. Patience is key also.

Also I wouldn't post that your looking for leadership. I would see if they step up. A lot of times players have it naturally. They can see if theirs a leadership void by the forum roster.

well i agree forum activity is an important thing simple thread count doesn't say it al. Simply spamming the forum with nothing usefull will get your thread count way up but doesn´t mean you have any idea what's really happening around you, or das it proof your leading material. I have far more respect for those with a low thread count that only post when they actualy have some well considered and thoughtful comments than sombody with a high tread count only posting not constructive comments,

to give a little example:

I play Division nearly everyday. If i start a tread where i will post when i am online my thread count will go up quite quickly.
But what does this say, in my opinion really it says nothing,it doesn't prove i am active on the forum, yeah i post but that doesnt mean i am reading stuff other people wrote, it doent proofe i am leading material well it proofs fucking nothing.
In my opinion in only proofs i am trying to convince others how good i am this also prompted by another discussion where others indicated they are looking for an app just because in there eays the forum was not helping/working to get a group of players together on a quick notice.

to be clear this is my opinion and I condemn no one , espacialy not the people who find it an addition to put on the forum when they are online. its just an example why i think thread count doesn't say it all.
