Division Award Ideas

So as per a prior discussion on awards for The Division. I am making a thread here for folks to contribute to for award ideas. Here are a few ideas I had.

Division Combat Medic Badge

Requirements:

1. Run only heal skills while running with your team
2. Pick up members who have fallen or are incapacitated 25 times.
3. Have members of your team confirm your activities.


Division Expert Medic Badge

1. Run only heal skills while running with your team
2. Pick up members who have fallen or are incapacitated 100 times
3. Have members of your team confirm your activities.


Division Bonze Star

While in combat revive your entire team. You saved your entire mission.
Another member must write in a participant for this award.


Division Silver Star

While in combat revive your entire team 10 times total completed during many missions.
Another member must write in participant for this award.


Division Military Police (Could be a new Billet)

Kill 10 Rouges in one Session
Team members must confirm kills
Award must be endorsed by an NCO or Officer


Division Bounty Hunter

Kill 50 Rouges over multiple sessions
Team members must confirm kills
Award Must be endorsed by an NCO or Officer


Division Omega Force

highly skilled team of Assassins only granted to the most dedicated Bounty Hunters

Kill 100 Rouges over multiple sessions
Team members must confirm kills
Award must be endorsed by The Company Commander or higher.

(All Rouge hunter awards are not Cumulative.)


What are our thoughts?

I like the thought process but the ultimate test would be trying these out in game and seeing if any tweeking my be needed and then come designing the images for the medals(which I'm sure we could twist Country's arm to do)
But I like it overall

The idea is worth considering, but how are you going to proof it ?! You have to make a picture with every action what is not very convenient in the middle of a fight.

Its hard with games like this because the stats don't show any of this....or am i wrong?...

It is tough that's why we have to experiment in game it's just like call of duty you have to go by the word of the people your playing with you can prove you went 15 and 10 but you can't prove you did or didn't get a team kill or use kill streaks

be approved by other clan members will then depart from the rule that everything must be demonstrated by a photograph.
a rule which was created in my experience, because there where people approving things that didn't happen.

I agree. The only way we can do many of these awards are with the truthfulness of members. Maybe we have certain folks who are qualifiers or trainers the leadership trusts. Unless we just don't have any other awards for the Division what are our options?

We will work on it and as long as you can be deemed a trustworthy person there is no need to prove it but ones it comes into the light that said person can not be trusted then we deal with that also .

I'm all for us coming up and making awards for the division and for all the games it's something that people like to do earn awards , accomplish goals gives people something to do in the clan . Gives them something to work for and most of all IT GETS CLAN MEMBERS to game with one another and I'm all for that .
