I hope your rocking the whole deal! I'm at the age where I could care less what people think. But, it's a great way to get in shape I started out doing 5 miles to 10 then 20 and can go 50 miles with a good effort.

Doing security I've gain a lot so figured I need to get back in high school shape! First day back on a bike think I did a good.

I wear a back brace from time to time.

Did another 2 miles walking well mowing grass....I'll sleep good tonight.

I found exercising and cutting out snacks and cutting your meals in half will help a lot. Also drink lots of water. Stay away from the soft drinks and all
Other sugar drinks.

Yea I don't do soft drinks imma juice drinker which I have to cut back on. (Anything cranberry) I've been drinking water lately tho.

Keep the cranberry but dilute it. 80% water and 20% cranberry juice. That is what I do I get some flavour and all the water I need.
