I went to Tongue Point Job Corps, where at the time one of the cafeteria ladies was the owner of the Goonie house. I think she sold it some time ago, and the current owners are looking to sell again. I'm guessing no one realizes how many people would ignore the sign to not trespass this road to the house... I know the Kindergarten Cop school memorial is still up and visible from the highway.
As far as I know of the rest of the Goonie town stuff. I know the bowling alley is still there. The shop where the hired cleaning lady nearly gets hit by the chase scene is still there... Still the same too. Never open either. Uh... The jail house is now a movie film museum. And usually they have anniversary specials every so often. If you check the wiki, supposedly Astoria was offered the ship... And said nope. Obviously they've had to regret that for years.
Also, the Goonie house has been remodeled more then a few times.
