Have you used reddit before? I know they've got a division area, and more and likely a LFG. You could always try recruiting through that way too. Just checked it.

Yeah, no problem. Reddit is like a huge forum. Just gotta register and such, and then overlook rules before you post in areas. Everyone's usually fairly nice about responding if you made a mistake or need help. They've got an app now that if you have an account and then get the app. They hook you up with reddit gold. Which just basically gets rid of reddit ads... Which are ads for sub reddit. Not a big thing...but Incase apps make it easier for you to follow up on stuff.

So with the division im actually quite surprised at how much the game has gripped me.From day one I have been enjoying this game,may not get the long amount of game time that others may get and to be honest I have always been playing catch up from day 1 due to work,home life and balancing everything but this has never stopped me playing.


From the word go,The Division has shown itself to be a very team orientated game especially when trying to run missions on hard or challenging before you reached that level 30 in PvE.This is one of the many reasons I play,this game relies on one rolling within a group especially when you head out into that DarkZone where both computer Ai are tougher and PvP agents come into the equation.Theres so much to do within The Division to keep people entertained.


In terms of the game itself,like every other game it has a few bugs here and there but generally I feel that Ubisoft are showing gamers that they do care with how they are managing updates and holding off on paid dlc.Since the 1.2 update I have noticed a lot of fixed bugs and a vast improvement in the game itself towards being further team focused.The fact that they are updating and patching before dropping paid dlc speaks for itself.In my opinion we are going to see The Division around for quite sometime, like mentioned above the 1st stage of paid dlc has yet to be dropped and by simply taking a look at the map on The Division you can see the potential of how big Ubisoft can expand this game.


In terms of growing this game within CAG,we all know the The Division falls under Victor Company alongside Rainbow 6 Siege so in regards to growth this will only excel if those within Victor Company want it to.Its not easy to grow a game within CAG to the point of where CoD is at or where Bf4 was previously before it dried up due to the length of time the games been around.It takes a lot of hard,dedicated work not by any individuals within the relevant company but by every single member working as a team relevant to the game they are trying to grow.Growth with this game is quite clear in my opinion,it will only happen if those involved within their Company make it happen.Lets face it,theres many teeth on a cog/gear and without these teeth the cog/gear wont turn.

Well said JB. Thanks for your advice and feedback. I want to work hard to make this game a 'thing' in CAG. I hope we can as a company make this happen.

The downside of it is that you can only run in a 4 people group. Which will honestly cut down the 'CAG thing' sadly, being unable to fully enjoy it with a wider group

Tbh Khaylius I dont think 4 to a group is a down side at all as if people where to use team chat rather than party up then the divisions proximity chat would kick in.If you have 8 CAG members on the division then as long as both groups are working together In close proximity then it will always work.
Iv run with randoms this way and theres been two groups or slightly more.
Team/Game chat is the way to go with every game.

You should man,I actually hate running the division on party chat as I like to know what's going on round me especially in that Dz.
