Last time I was in a party and game with FrankCastle and Big Country he asked me how things where handled in terms of awards. I explained this after he actually stopped to listen and also explained that he would need to be patient for the awards to be made as they wont be able to be recommended otherwise.One cannot recommend awards that are not physically there.

Ya know this is really not fair. I have been working hard, doing all the things you all have told me to do. I post like crazy, I play all the time and help people do things as they have helped me. I am actually doing something in Victor company always presenting ideas and ways to make this better and I am being held back because folks are not doing the job they are supposed to. Listen I like CAG a lot. The people here are amazing and fun but if you take an officers role then you have a responsibility to do it. The chain of command of Victor Company has not been active for one reason or another and if this is the case the next up needs to find a solution to fix the issues so Victor Company is viable. I know this is a new game, I know that we don't have many solid Division players but it really is no excuse to just let this sit idly by. We have been told to recruit but why bring in people into a company that is barley functioning. Come on guys CAG is a quality clan, please do not half ass this and show folks how awesome CAG really is. Lets step up our game. Please do not think I am bashing people directly, I hope this puts some fire in folks to make the changes that need to occur in this company. Leadership please find folks who can do the job temporarily or have some of your senior officers cover these jobs until folks can return to do their job.

I have left out addressing people with insults and would appreciate the same from you sir. I was also told to voice my opinion here and wasn't posting a lot of this info for this very reason. That people would get mad and stoop to this level. So I am doing as my officers have asked. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I ou8ld appreciate a common courtesy and not put down my response sir. I would also hope that officers would treat members with respect when question or concerns are brought up.
