Bravo Company: Party Chat

We will no longer use party chat while we are smashing pub lobbies together. This means that you will be required to use game chat with each other. If you are worried about the other team hearing your call outs, be sure to wait 5 seconds after you have been killed to do a call out. (I believe that is the time it gives you, if anyone has the correct time please let us know!) Something I do when running in game chat is call out people I see on my side before I go down, just in case I get killed. I've noticed this works a bit better than a delayed call out. Hell, it won't matter because we will still kick their ass even if they hear our call outs.

This is an effort to get randoms we play against/with interested in joining CAG. If I'd ever gone against/ran with an organized team that did call outs in game, I would have jumped at the chance to join in on the fun. Be friendly and don't assume every random is a turd. Most of all, always represent CAG to the highest of standards, especially in game chat with other people.

I hope it works got you all. We tried it tonight on Xbox and had a horrible time. Game chat on Xbox sucks!

I love the thought and the idea.

I've met some good players and fun people this way. I do like the fact that you added in that it gives us a chance to actually realize what the randoms are up to, plus it gives us the chance to try giving them guidance, which would better the chance of them joining up with us.

After you get killed its only a couple of seconds .... just like you said Batman ..make it a habit of calling out everything even if you don't go down ... if you see someone move across the map let the team know where they are going ..only take shots if you know you have the kill to avoid giving up a good spot on the map that you have .. be smart and most of all trust each other ...don't move away from your designated area and or turn around if someone goes down ... set yourselves in angles that will allow you to view more than just one area ...

Honestly Randy that is not what we want to do ... being in party chat means "WE" have to show sportsmanship at all times which "I" know that is one of the reasons why people don't like to be in game chat because they can't control their mouths ...

I will make sure I start doing this. It will take sometime getting use to doing, because even when I play by myself, I'm in a party chat. It's really annoying to go into a lobby with someone's shitty ass music blaring into your ear.

I like the idea of this, although in game chat quality is way lower than party chat so may take a bit of getting used to
