Did you talk to Bravo leadership in regards to this ie Batman or even the likes of Gypsy,Patron or Parch?

I sent him a PM after reading this post asking if he would rather step down or take a LOA. Due to reasons stated in the initial post, he decided to part ways with CAG. This thread was the first time I found out about his situation or decision.

I'm far from implying your in the wrong in any way here Batman,I asked more for Zarm's benefit as we have had people post like this before when there are always other ways round things regarding not being able to manage duties required of the rank held.
From Zarm's point he could have reached out to those I mentioned above when this became an issue for him as undoubtedly it would have been in his interests as he could have possibly remained a member of CAG and also it would have also shown that while thinking of himself and his situation he was also thinking of all members within Bravo Co.
In the end it is what it is and everyone deals with things in life differently.

Oh I know JB!! Didn't even give that a thought, I was more concerned in also letting it be known that we have multiple ways to work around a situation like this one. Specifically I wanted the guys in Bravo to know I did reach out to him immediately. All that is asked is to let the proper people in Chain of Command know before it gets to this point and again as you have pointed out JB it could have definitely been worked out/around.
