the Division Emblems

Ok guys so here's the deal with awards and things progressing for the division.The weapon awards in the sense of marksman,sharpshooter and expert where originally set to be achieved through use of your weapons in game,team work and nothing else.
Now Cheech and myself have been talking via the forums in regards to this and its agreed that The Division takes us a step away from the initial meaning of the weapons awards due to the fact that the only way to pursue awards for recruits coming to CAG is to have them based on completing missions and not essentially by the use of weapons(Hence the name "weapons awards").
This doesn't mean that things with the division have to stop or cant move forward,I just means that it has to move forward in its own way.In terms of the awards for the division these will have to be separate as the principle of them are not the same to those that we currently have on site for the likes of CoD.
The most important thing needed for this to happen is 3 different emblems that can be used for the division marksman,sharpshooter and expert awards to be implemented on the site.These have to tie in with the game and also tie in with CAG's website also.
Since its all you guys that are wanting to see the division awards set-up I am going to push that you all try and at least throw out potential emblems that could possibly be used for "YOUR AWARDS".If this is what you all want guys then your input is needed!!!!!

2) Will there be a special section for us to post our results?

Rank/award 1

Use the division badge or just the eagle in the middle and call it Operative

Rank/award 2

Division eagle with a diamond under it and call it Veteran Operative

Rank/award 3

Division Eagle emblem with a star under it and call it Master Operative

There is a section where you can post your results on mate - if you click on Rainbow Six Division Awards & Medals page that's where you'll be placing your results under "Frank Castle Marksman (division)" then post the pictures up

Just to understand, they will be completely different awards that can be cumulated with the ones you already have or not? For example Sharpshooter got in Siege is one award, Sharpshooter got in the Division will be another award? By this I mean, can we collect both or just one as it was for others so far?

They will be separate awards Khuylius,reason being is that they are earned in two different ways from each other.Marksman etc are weapons based and these awards are more on the mission completion side of things as the division simply has no way of recording kills from using weapons.
Also frank's,I quite like the names that you have came up with.

Id like to see a bit more input on this thread if this is going to happen for the division.Particularly interest from those within leadership positions within Victor Company itself,that includes Company ranks right through to Fireteam leader ranks.
This is for the benefit of all those within Victor Company itself in regards to the potential of growing Victor Co beyond just Rainbow 6 Siege in game and on Victor Companies roster.

I had a quick search yesterday(busy preparing for my sons school sports day today) for emblems on the internet and seemably what you have posted is more or less what I found when searching.

What's your thoughts on the names of the awards that frank threw out?maybe substitute operator for agent to keep it relevant to the division the way it should be.
