RUMOR: 10th Specialist Unlocked Via Contracts

According to a new leak from Black Ops 3’s PC files in the latest patch update, the 10 Specialist that was rumored to be called ‘Blackjack’ will be coming to the game via Contracts.
Contracts were announced recently as a new way to get Black Market rewards. The only Contract available now is a earn 75 match wins, and it will get you access to 1 Weapon Bribe and 10 Rare Supply Drops.
The data mine, posted on Reddit by user void_Glitch, has revealed that finishing up certain contracts will unlock the 10th specialist for use in-game.
The file leak states that players can activate the “Blackjack contracts in the Specialists menu to play as Blackjack for a limited time.”
The 10th specialist was rumored to have the ability to steal other people’s specialist ability for a limited time. Blackjack Specialist is rumored to the Black Market dealer.
Treyarch has not confirmed any of these details as of now. Stay tuned for the latest information.

Activision already confirmed that the 10th specialist is the Black Market guy and that he is only permanently available through supply drops. This was confirmed when someone actually got it in a supply drop and called activision after one of the game updates a few back. The person on the phone said that the supply drops is how you get him.

Since the way it is worded is for a limited time through contracts I would have to guess you get him for a certain amount of games/ timelimit/ uses.. Either way I don't care to much for this and I don't see how it is very useful at all. I pick a specialist for a certain plan in mind, not knowing what I will be using seems odd and the fact that this 10th one is just a remastered 1-9th is kinda lame.

All being said, none of my opinions really matter until I see it or use it.

Seems like we've been waiting and waiting for this 10th specialist. I'm not sure if all crap that came from the supply drop blackout caused them to pull back and let the dust settle.
