Required Meeting For Bravo Squad Leaders & Platoon Sergeant

Becoming Commanding Officer of Bravo Co. , it is particularly exciting, as it allows me to ensure the longevity of our PS4 division. With that being said, the first step of doing this is to have mandatory weekly or bi-weekly meetings as Zarm has mentioned in a previous post. This allows us to touch base with each other and keep things moving smoothly.

Outside of attendance to these meetings, it is very important that you voice any concerns or feedback that may help improve our company or even clan. This first meeting will be one of the most important ones, as I will be going over what I expect from each of you and myself moving forward. Squad Leaders will then be responsible to hold meetings with Fireteam Leaders; who are responsible for holding meetings their fireteam members.

Please post day/time you all can be available this week to party up for this meeting.

Outside of having this meeting to discuss important matters concerning Bravo Co., I am using it as a chance to see how well we can carry out our Chain of Command. Now that we have leaders in place, the monitoring of members using the right Chain of Command will be more strict. For example, this means that I expect fireteam members to report directly to their fireteam leaders, first, before taking it up with a squad leader; or having fireteam leaders report to their appropriate squad leader, first, instead of the Platoon Sergeant.

I need to see Squad Leaders pull together their fireteams on their own and touch base with them. I also need to see fireteam leaders do the same thing with their fireteams. Those that have been placed into a leadership role, I am expecting you all to structure these meetings/house keeping on your own. Again, this does not mean I will not be there to help you carry them out, or help cover what needs to be addressed. I truly enjoy playing with everyone and offering advice to anyone that needs it (also receiving it myself!). By having you all coordinate your own meetings within your squads/fireteams, it ensures that when any of you get promoted you will have experience pulling the troops together. It is along the mindset of you never know when your number will be called, so you better always be ready to go in. My goal is to train everyone to be ready to step up to any role that needs to be covered.

With that being said, the only members that I am requiring to be at this specific meeting are as followed: bertushead (via PM) Zarmcher, DizzleDaddy, Davies, and Khaaaaaotik. The squad leaders will designate their own meeting days/times to go over what has been discussed. (I will gladly sit in on these meetings and help cover topics that need to be addressed, I just want to see leaders step it up) Remember, I am here to help each of ya'll every step of the way.


Although, I will mention that I do believe we should have a Company meeting at least monthly, so everyone can touch base. Maybe this can also include one big ass Civil War together. I really believe in you guys, and I know this may seem like a lot right now, but once we get the ball rolling, it will be well worth it. It takes dedication, pride, and hard work from each member to make CAG such an awesome community. I know we all have each others' back in trying to maintain the high standards of being a CAG Dogg.

Same times I listed for the last thread. 6pm-11pm weekdays. Weekends any time as long as I know in advance so I can schedule RL around it.
