MP's In CAG

So I am totally a new guy here but was wondering if this idea has any merit. So when I am playing in the Dark Zone in the Division and minding my own business then some jackasses come up and kill you, kind of pisses me off. So since these folks are rouge agents could we make a new billet called mp's to go specifically after routes or perhaps a rouge hunting medal? Just wanted to pick your brains about this and see if it fits in CAG.

Interesting .... funny though because CAG used to be called MP years ago lol ...had different meanings ...military police ... military pride ... murder planet ... and some others I can't remember right now ...
