I'm fairly sure you can keep Icarus on the casual members. I know he has atleast maybe 4 marksman done. Batman's reached out to him once, and I got on his case the other day to get them posted. I haven't checked if he'd actually taken care of it. I know he isn't too forum savvy.

Try reaching out to him again and ask what he'd like to do.
I would encourage him to post, but be sure you share the available options with him.

Yeah, I will. He's a local friend. So I've told him a few times that it was important to get them posted. Then Batman told him again recently, and so did I. So he knows...hes just being lazy and such.

I think I just read that he is currently processed as a reserve member, but I'm pretty sure that can always be changed.

Yeah I went ahead and had him processed as a reserve member. He can always post his games with confirmations and be bumped to a full member at any time. That goes for any reserve member! I urge everyone to reach out to those reserve members and get them in games with ya. That allows them to be included and maybe explore our full member options.

Good job ya'll! We have three new recruits who have completed their marksman badges, with one more member a game shy of completing it, as well. Plus, one reserve member who has completed his marksman badge. This means that the first fireteam of Charlie Squad will be filled in two short weeks. Keep up with recruiting, as it is the backbone of making CAG bigger and stronger. The bigger our CAG family is, the more people we have to kick ass with in games!
