Just a quick run down of the recruits who still need to get games/post for their marksman badges.

Savagaland88 has completed all five games. If he has any questions on how to post them, make sure to walk him through it.

Brado172 only needs two more games before he can be processed as a full member. I am extending his recruitment period by a week before placing him on reserves.

Rig__ has 2 games in for his; still needs to be instructed how to post them in a thread.

Sosse_Gunnar needs to begin working towards it.

Bourada needs to begin working towards it.

BrandNewSavage needs to begin working towards it.

Just got a message on reddit from the admins of COD_LFG.

I replied to them. Saying before I had that I overlooked the rules. And it had said don't use sites in your initial posting to recruits. Nothing about not using it to reply to people. I do spam the crap out of the site when I hit people up looking on the XB1 side...I told them all this, and that from now on i'll go the same route everyone else does and use CAGclan dot com from now on. Nothing mentioned in the reply after that we couldn't do it this way from now on. Just a heads up...Also taking this oppertunity to ask how many times is fine to make new posts to recruit so they're not drowned the pages. And...Just got the ok to post every couple to few days as long as it sticks to the rulings. Again, this is just a heads up on mainly not using full links but to crypt them. Guessing it's just a safety precaution for them.

The latest post is now this one. We'll see whether or not it'll piss them off this time...Just included the addition of XB1 and region portion since I think that really pushes people away. I think that's the biggest hurdle I run into when reaching out to people. They're worried about timing. The other one was the issue with region lag. Which is understandable...I usually just let them know, we got people from around the world that usually have low troubles when grouped. But it'd probably help if they'd hook up and would get to party up with the similar people in the same boat.

It's honestly hard to recruit from websites. I still perfer the in game method but ill be bumping those threads every other day.

If someone bumped it normally I try n bump the next day. We can rotate or have guys doing a website so it evens out the load.

Remember for xbox put one of the guys from alpha since you won't know who they are directly.

I don't think reddit is a bad choice in chance to recruiting. You can see where people's interest are, and see what there attitude is like based off where they're active at in subs. The biggest hurdle is probably age. And even though the post doesn't specify 18 or older, since with the right sense it doesn't matter much. So far I've only seen 1 dude make numerous posts looking for people to play with. I'm sure he's one of the young guys bats and I played with one night. He seemed fine, but I'm guessing he's looking for a similar age group to hipster about or whatever youngins do now a days. I could see the cod forums or other outlets being worry some. As the majority of them are probably sweatys needing their tears wiped after every game cause they're unable to hold there own. But it's always a gamble recruiting in any means for both parties. When I was looking, I was worried... I had already been OK if CAG was a SnD based clan. But you never know who your clan mates maybe or if you'll mesh good with them. But as I've heard the tales from previous Recruits and members no clan even equals to CAG in terms of members and moral. So I know I hit the jackpot after my first week. Anyway, a simple response turned to random ramble achieved.

It's noted in the recruit roster that he got an extension for a week. If he can't get his last two games completed he will be processed as a reserve.
