As a side note, where do I apply for the PS4 division?

On the main page you'll see a tab at the top that says "Applications" if you click on that you'll see a drop down menu. Just click clan application and fill out the information and hit submit!

Thank you! It kept saying my account wasn't activated, but clearing my cookies fixed the issue.
