Infinity Ward has just announced they will have a Call of Duty live stream tomorrow, May 2nd at 10:30am PT. No other details were given but hopefully this means we’ll get a longer look at Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare after the trailer hits.

That's the whole point of remastering COD4. Infinity Ward know everyone will hate on COD:IW so they bundle it with a COD4 remaster and say it's the only way to get the remaster so everyone will buy the bundle. Then IW will say, "COD:IW sales are great! What a huge success!" even though everyone is buying it for COD4. Once the sales start to dip they will release COD4 remaster as a standalone game for the full price and say, "You asked for it, we listened!"Originally Posted by Chet Norris
Honestly just think if this was your game and how in this day and age can you exploit people to make the most money. That is probably what will happen.
The CEO basically said there's still a lot of people that want COD to go to the futuristic route. While much less want true boots on the ground.
The CEO of McDonalds says their food is healthy.
The CEO of Nike says they pay their workers properly.
The CEO of Apple Music says they don't steal your music.
Now I don't have proof for the above but you can see where I am going.
The CoD CEO isn't going to come out and say "Hey guys, so we started working on this game 3 years ago after AW was released and everyone was loving the advanced movement. We built the game with that in mind. We had no idea everyone would want boots on the ground again until recently and by now it is to late to change. Thank god someone said we should remaster COD4, he'll be promoted and get a nice bonus this year. Also Battlefield 1 is boots to ground, you should all go try that out!"

I think the idea is sledgehammer games came out with that stupid idea of futuristic shit and the whole franchise had to make up for it being such a big fuck up to let an outsider make their game. COD comes out with a new game every year. The games start all the way in the past how can you be shocked that at some point it has been brought to the future. Now for so many ppl complaining about the game. It's a game, you play on small maps and you should ppl. It's never been realistic, but if you never play zombies then you have no idea how dialed down the idea of wall running and double jumping is for treyarch. This has been something treyarch has been doing since the first black ops but most of you wouldn't really know since the zombie side of it is irrelevant to a lot of you
